Start a club
Applies to: everyone — club count, member capacity, and features like private listings vary by plan. Compare plans
- From Clubs, start a new club — a short wizard walks you through it.
- Name and describe it, choose Public or Private listing, and how people join: Open, Approval required, or Invite only.
- Add your location, club type, and activity tags so people can find you.
- Decide what member info your club needs (name, email, phone, vehicle details) and pick application questions if you want them.
- Add social links and photos, accept the organizer terms, and create.
You can change all of this later from your club's Manage page. Only founders can change what member data the club requires.
Join a club — or apply
Applies to: everyone.
- Find a club on Clubs › Discover (private clubs appear only if you're invited or applying).
- The button on the club page tells you the path: Join (open clubs), Apply (approval required), or Accept if you've been invited. Invite-only clubs need an invitation first.
- If the club asks questions or requires info, a short application walks you through it — including picking which of your vehicles you're sharing with the club, and filling any missing details on the spot.
- Applied and changed your mind? Open the club and cancel your pending application any time.
Heads-up: accepting an invitation to an approval-required club still submits your application for review — you're in once an admin approves.
Invite people to your club
Applies to: club admins on all plans; letting regular members invite is available on Premium and higher clubs. Compare plans
- Open your club's Manage page and go to the Invite tab.
- Search a username and tap Invite. Outstanding invitations live on the Pending tab, where you can resend or cancel them.
- Want members to bring friends? Turn on member invites in the club's settings.
Run your club: roles, warnings, and bans
Applies to: founders and admins; extra admin seats and granular permissions vary by plan. Compare plans
- Roles: Founder(s) run the club and hold every permission; Admins get exactly the permissions a founder grants them (approvals, warnings, exports, and more); everyone else is a Member. Promoting someone to founder is an offer they accept — never automatic.
- Warnings: send one with a reason from a member's menu; they're notified and the club keeps the history.
- Mute: stops someone posting in the club feed (they can still read); unmuting notifies them too.
- Bans: require a reason, can be lifted later, and both directions notify the person.
- History: every action — joins, promotions, warnings, bans — is on each member's history sheet, so decisions are never a mystery.
- A club always keeps at least one founder — hand off before stepping down.
What members share with a club
Applies to: everyone. What a club may require depends on its plan. Compare plans
- Each club states what it needs — name, email, phone, or vehicle details like VIN/plate — and you consent when you join. Club admins with the right permission can see what you've shared; nobody else can.
- If the club later requires MORE, you'll be asked to accept again before continuing — nothing new is shared without your okay.
- If you remove something the club needs (say, your phone number), your membership pauses until you either restore it or leave — we always show you the impact before you save.
- Under 18? Clubs that require personal info aren't available to minor accounts.
Export your club roster
Applies to: Premium and higher clubs — founders, and admins granted export permission. Compare plans
- Open Manage › Members and use the Export CSV button by the filter.
- The file contains each member's shared fields — and only what each member consented to share; anything they didn't agree to exports blank.
- If your plan lapses, export stays available through your grace window (take your data with you); after that it reopens when you upgrade again.
