Compare the plans and pick one
Applies to: everyone. Compare plans
- Open Account › Subscriptions — the full plan comparison is right on the page (it's also summarized at Compare plans).
- New to paid plans? Premium offers a 14-day free trial — tap Start trial. A card is required and the trial is available once per account; you're billed automatically on day 14 unless you cancel first, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
- For any other plan, tap Upgrade on its column. Payment runs on Stripe's secure checkout page.
- Interested in Enterprise? It's not self-serve — use the Contact us option.
One plan covers everything you own: your profile and vehicles, plus every club or event you create (clubs go by their founder's plan, events by their coordinator's).
Start, change, or cancel your subscription
Applies to: Premium and Pro subscribers (Free has nothing to manage). Compare plans
- Everything happens from Account › Subscriptions. Billing itself runs entirely on Stripe's secure pages — YOHB never sees your card details.
- Move up a plan: tap Upgrade on the higher plan. You'll see Stripe's confirmation with the exact prorated amount before anything is charged; the change is immediate.
- Switch to yearly: tap Go yearly on your current plan (yearly is two months free). Yearly plans can't switch back to monthly mid-term.
- Cancel: tap Manage billing and cancel there. You keep full access through the time you've paid for; after that your account moves to Free.
- Move down a plan: cancel your current plan, then subscribe to the lower one after your paid time ends. (There's no instant downgrade — you keep what you paid for.)
- Card or invoice questions: Manage billing also handles payment-method updates and invoice history.
Payments are non-refundable except at our discretion — cancelling always preserves the time you've already paid for. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play (when available) follow those stores' billing and refund policies.
Choose what to keep after changing your plan
Applies to: anyone moving to a plan with lower limits. Compare plans
- When your plan drops, you get an email with a Choose what to keep link, and a banner appears at the top of Account › Subscriptions. You have a grace window — at least 5 days (if you cancelled a paid plan, it starts after your paid time ends) — and a daily in-app reminder while anything is undecided.
- Follow the link or the banner — it jumps to Your selections at the bottom of the page. Your newest items are pre-selected.
- Check the vehicles and clubs you want to keep active, then save. You can change your picks as often as you like until the deadline shown.
- When the window closes, your choices are final. Everything not kept becomes read-only — nothing is ever deleted — and it all comes back automatically if you upgrade again.
What "read-only" means for your vehicles, clubs, and events
Applies to: items over your plan's limits after a downgrade. Compare plans
- Nothing is deleted. A read-only item keeps all its content; you just can't edit it, and it comes back fully when you upgrade.
- Vehicles: a read-only vehicle is visible only to you (others won't find it). A QR code pointing at it sends scanners to your profile instead — and switches back by itself when the vehicle unlocks.
- Clubs and events: members and registered attendees can still read everything (with a banner explaining the state); they just can't post or join, and outsiders no longer see the club/event listed. Events that already concluded are never locked.
- Photos over a plan's limit on items you kept are hidden (newest-first), and reappear when you upgrade.
